It describes how our focus is what attracts to us, and that focusing on what we don’t want is bringing to us more of what we don’t want. There is no such thing as “No” to the Universe. What you focus on is what you are attracting, whether it’s something you want or something you don’t want. The Law of Attraction doesn’t understand “No”. It understands focus. So notice what you’re focusing on, so you’ll focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want. Enjoy.
